The Neighbor is an event space (200 capacity), coffee bar and happy hour spot. Located in a 1930s historic building in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, it’s a place you love, and unlike any other in town.

Salt Road Brewing is a unique spot popular with brewery enthusiasts in Fort Collins. Located in the heart of Old Town, it features a laid-back feel with an incredible patio and delicious beer brewed with sea salt. The venue accommodates up to 100 guests inside and 80 outside.

Agave Room at Rio Grande

 

The Agave Room is a Fort Collins special event venue featuring a spacious, historic ballroom located upstairs in the iconic Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant. This stunning space has beautiful hardwood floors, large windows, a suspended balcony, along with 25-foot high ceilings. The room accommodates up to 250.
