The Challenge

After eloping, Courtney and Sam wanted a celebration that felt personal and flexible rather than traditional. They needed a venue that could accommodate their mix of external vendors, handle guest transportation from Fort Collins, and deliver a setting that felt as special as the occasion.

The Mishawaka and Black Bear Events team worked with Courtney to build an a la carte event that fit exactly what she envisioned:

Flexible event structure with room for external vendors alongside in-house services
Table, chair, and equipment rentals provided on-site
